The 6th floor apartment is spacious and has most of the things you need for a short stay. The location is convenient, close to both JR and metro stations, with quick access to all parts of Tokyo. It is located in a residential area, but still close to 7elevens and Family Marts.
This was the first place that had a proper documentation explaining all the remote control symbols in English! As the controls are in Japanese, it was convenient to have them explained in advance, so we did not have to resort to Google Translate every time we wanted to adjust the A/C or lights.
Plenty of closet space to store your clothes in for a 4-5 night stay. This is not always the case.
Elevator was convenient.
The apartment is right next to a JR train track. You can hear the trains quite audibly every 2-3 minutes, except for a few hour's pause in the night. We had to keep both A/C units on for the night just to block some of the noise. If you are looking for a quiet place, this might not be the best place to stay in.
There are no blinds (only thin shades that let light in) for the large windows and since the apartment is facing south, the rising sun will make the apartment light in very early hours (at least in October). Adding proper blinds should be in the improvement list.
The apartment has a bit of a worn-out look, compared to the other 7 apartments we stayed in during our trip in Japan. Also, the bedding configuration (6 beds in a studio) was not ideal, as about half of the floor space is covered by beds. Three of the six beds had a decent mattress, the other three just a thin futon-type solution. Luckily we only needed three beds.
There is no place to leave your luggage after check-out, which at 10am means you need to find an alternative place if you have an evening flight.

I love how cozy it is and the bar downstairs bar offin is simply amazing! You are located close to most of the main attractions in Tokyo too so commuting to and from is not a hassle.
No Bidet, washing machine was a but wonky but still worked, very minor inconveniences but we enjoyed it regardless.

El apartamento era tal cual como las fotos. Las camas muy cómodas, el lavabo estaba separado de la ducha y la cocina bien equipada. Muy cerca de la parada del metro. En la parada de JR hay muchos restaurantes para ir a cenar, se encuentra a 5’.
Lo recomiendo.
Está cerca de las vías del tren y se escuchan un poco, aunque por la noche paran y puedes dormir.
