Room spacious for the price. Eventhough the toilet is located outside the main room, still safe as the lift goes to our floor by code attached to keys. Very responsive reception. Most things needed are provided and everything looks clean and comfortable.
No dryer for clothes washed. No specific area to dry clothes but to use portable hanger. Bathroom too small to hang dry clothes, have to put inside drawer of bath room sink.

Fantastic place to stay in Ryogoku. Super comfortable and clean. Quiet street and easy to get to from the JR Line. Perfect for a family of 4 with good space for Tokyo accommodation. The beds were so comfortable. The hosts answered any questions we had so promptly. Would definitely stay again.
There was nothing we didn’t like
