Room was clean & spacious. Staff are not very helpful. In face, overall Seoul being a tourist hub, staff are not very friendly or helpful compared to to other cities.

The hotel is centrally located near restaurants and close to the metro. The staff are extremely helpful and speak English. The room is a good size and quite quiet. There is the option to make a cup of tea, or you can go down to the ground floor to buy a cup of coffee.
I would stay there again if I came to Seoul.
