Perfect location and accommodation for our family trip. Service is excellent. Both in-room dining and breakfast at MoMo Cafe are amazing, with plenty of options.
Only one thing could have been better for our stay: connecting rooms. We had two rooms and it would have been great to have connecting ones.

Nice and spacious room including excellentbathroom. Excellent view. Very good breakfast.
Too much noise from street. Isolation of window very poor. We had not the best sleep.
Additionally pillows are not comfortable.

The Location was perfect. Close to public transportation. the room was cleaned daily and the cleaning lady was polite and sweet.
I had a bit of a difficult time communicating with staff. It wasn't a major problem but it would be good if Reception was a bit more fluent in english
Also, both my daughter and I were sick the 4 days of our 9 day stay. When asking for lighter foods to be sent to the room there seemd to be a problem.

Location wise it was near city hall station and seoul plaza. Across was namdaemun market which was convenient. Hotel room was clean and breakfast was good.
Hotel checkin was late as beds were not ready. Experience was poor as we were double charged after checkout as we have made prepayment to booking.com. Front entry was under renovation when we stayed.
