Westin Josun Seoul Hotel

This is by far the most comfortable hotel I’ve ever stayed at! First of all, the location in Myeongdong is absolutely perfect, especially if you’re visiting Seoul for the first time. It was so easy to get around the city from here, and pretty much everywhere we wanted to visit was a similar, reasonable commuting distance away. We never felt like anything was too far. The famous Cheonggyecheon Stream is also within walking distance, which was lovely, and you’re right next to all the shopping, restaurants, and lively streets of Myeongdong. There’s so much happening around the hotel, and having everything so close made our trip incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is spacious, extremely comfortable, and really well maintained. But one thing I have to mention is the breakfast, because it was genuinely one of the highlights of our entire stay! The selection is incredible, with Indian, Chinese, Korean, and international options, and everything was so well prepared. I’m not exaggerating when I say that some of the food was better than what I’ve had in actual restaurants. There was so much choice, and the quality was consistently excellent. You can have your eggs cooked to order, and even the coffee is freshly made for you, whether you want a latte, cappuccino, or something else. We honestly looked forward to breakfast every morning. Another thing that really stood out was the staff. I can’t say enough good things about them. Everyone was so genuinely kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Whether we had questions, needed directions, or just wanted some advice about getting around Seoul, there was always someone happy to help. It never felt forced or overly formal, just really warm and thoughtful hospitality. The housekeeping was also incredible. It’s the little things you notice, like how carefully everything is cleaned, how your belongings are thoughtfully arranged, and how much attention is paid to keeping the room comfortable and tidy.
