The whole staff was friendly and always helpful. There is a lady that works in the lobby Magdalena she was the best,we traveled in a group of 16 and she made sure that all the kids and adults had the best experience ever. She made the trip worth while. The ocean was not at all what pictures show it was brown and full of seeweed even though staff tried best to keep it clean it was impossible. The reservation for restaurants was a bit frustrating and complicated but that's my only complains.

We highly recommend the poolside, swim-out room! It was so very nice! *Note-not a nice beach, any time of the year the staff said because of the reef.

Great vibe from start to finish. A few things I will note on the negative side are how HOT it is in the elevators and the elevator landings. Please be prepared for that. If you like straws with your drink please bring them with you. The is a nature friendly resort they do not offer straws.
