Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort

My wife and I stayed at Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary, and we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation! From start to finish, the staff was incredibly helpful, hospitable, and accommodating, making our stay truly memorable. A special shout-out to our amazing butlers, Clarisa, Jhonny, and Alejandro! They went above and beyond to anticipate our needs before we even had to ask. Their attention to detail and outstanding service made us feel so well taken care of throughout our stay. The food was fantastic, too! We tried almost all of the restaurants available during our visit, and every one of them impressed us. We didn’t have a single dining experience that was less than four stars! I would highly recommend upgrading to Diamond Club. Having your own butlers, access to private dining and lounges, a dedicated check-in area, and a designated pool area with hot tubs and a lazy river made the experience even more enjoyable. For us, the upgrade was absolutely worth it! Since we were celebrating our 5th anniversary, it meant a lot that the staff made such an effort to make our occasion special. Those thoughtful touches really made a difference and helped turn a wonderful vacation into an unforgettable one. We left feeling relaxed, spoiled, and already talking about coming back! If you’re considering Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun, especially for a special occasion, we would absolutely recommend it. We had an amazing time and made memories we’ll cherish for years to come!

The all inclusiveness. My grandkids had a blast, trying to taste everything on the menu.

Guest services were poor. I literally sat on the phone for 30 minutes, waiting for them to answer after I hung up. I went downstairs to guest services and saw both individuals sitting in their chair on their phones.

Great looking facilities with great staff.

The food was not good. Anything outside of the restaurants was pretty poor quality
