The hotel staff went out of their way to hep all guests with any hotel and external issues.
The whole hotel was spotlessly clean in all areas both private and public.
I have stayed here twice now and will be going back later this year, I would recommend this hotel without a second thought

4 day break on Guernsey at this delightful hotel. The room was adequate with a very comfortable bed. If it was 5 star it could do with a new carpet, but it isn't so that was fine by us. It was quiet and had a pleasant small balcony. Breakfast was very good with all the usual choices and the dining was very good with a varied menu plus a well stocked bar. The best feature is the staff for whom nothing was a problem. The were personable, smiley and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay at Les Douvres.
