Room very clean and breakfast very good
Position of hotel and good for town and bus terminal
We booked a deluxe twin room which was much smaller than expected had no air conditioning and shower pressure very poor. Beds comfortable and location quiet though. Staff (especially breakfast ones) were very friendly and helpful.
A mini fridge would have been an improvement.

This is an old style hotel which has been modernised very well. I was aware of the lack of a lift and even though I was allocated a room on the third floor it was no problem for my 76 year old body. There was an offer at reception to carry my bag up. The dining area was spacious with fresh hot breakfast food waiter served. No air conditioning in the room but it only got direct sunlight early/late, so tolerable. The room itself was fine. The 10 min climb up from the harbour on a narrow-ish one way street with pavements was no problem to me, but might be for other non-car using guests. The staff were attentive and my stay enjoyable.

My room was comfortable and spacious. I was on the third floor, with access only by the stairs, so I wouldn’t recommend for someone less able. The restaurant was exceptionally good, and I enjoyed a fantastic evening meal, as well as a really good breakfast.
