This hotel was amazing, wish we were staying longer. We started our trip with lost luggage and all the extra amenities in our room helped us get through until our luggage arrived.
Staff was amazing in every capacity, from front desk to valets to breakfast staff to pool/restaurant staff to cleaning. Everyone was so kind and helpful, we would recommend to anyone planning to visit
Location was perfect for walking or catching the metro easily to many sights. Shopping along Grand Via was a treat! Also, near many great restaurants.
