Everything was great.
Nothing.

The reception staff were incredibly kind, helpful, professional, and welcoming, especially Maysi and Gema. As a Front Office Manager in Oslo, I truly appreciate great service, and both were genuinely service minded and always smiling. They made a great impression.
The elevator must be better :)
