The hotel was walking distance to the main square and the Charles Bridge. Hotel was good and we were happy to get a parking space, considering the limited parking. Breakfast was decent with good options.

We were very impressed with both the facility and the staff! Beautiful hotel, and it was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We had flown for hours with two long layovers on the way and were exhausted. Though ‘our’ room was not ready this early in the morning, they were able to get us into an alternate room right away. Though I don’t know what the original room would have been like, we were perfectly satisfied with the alternate. Help at the desk was attentive and polite. We also exchanged money at the desk with no problem and no commission. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of food choices. We had to leave our bags for several hours on check-out day to go on a tour we had scheduled, and they had no problem storing them for us. Location was great near Wenceslaus Square. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Prague.

Very clean hotel, excellent location, walkable from main tram stops, metro station and the old town square. Plenty of food options nearby. Breakfast was good. We didn't try the beer spa and the restaurant for any meals. The bathroom doesn't have a bath and the shower is rather small. The room was also small but was enough for a couple as we didn't want to spend a lot of time indoors. Bed was big and comfortable.
