Actually, I had a trouble for the first night for some technical issue. I arrived at the hotel late night, a security guard was waiting for me patiently outside (it was cold night)
He opened a room and I needed to pick up my room key next morning and pack mu stuff and change a room.
It was a little bit mess but the guy of the security and a receptionist was kind, so I don’t complain.
They could do the best.
The room was clean, nice interior and enough space to stay.
Around 10-15 minutes by walk to get to the main place in a town.
I definitely choose to stay this hotel next time.
Reception desk is limited to open.
I could say thank you to the receptionist during my stay.

The room wasn’t particularly big but it had a great layout and we were greeted with token treats and water. They thought of everything and that always makes you feel welcome. A really beautiful room.
This is not a dislike but more like a curiosity, we noticed that there are no dish cloths to wash up with and wipe down countertops after use

Lovely hotel, with all superb facilities and great service. We did not face any problems getting and out, the process was very smooth.
The beds were comfy the kitchen was adequate and the location was pretty good. The room temps were perfect, rooms were cleaned on request and everything was as it should be.
The shower stalls were a bit small and one of the rooms had bad ventilation but its minor issues.

Close to the center and serviceable staff!
Unfortunately there has been an issue with the room, we got a room at 5th floor that had no windows to see outside, only to the rooftop and the bathroom had a permanent horrible smell.
Luckily we got a great service and moved to another.
The aircondition doesn’t work at winter so it wasn’t pretty warm..
Some of the kitchen utensils was dirty also.
