Just got back from Nizuc and we had a blast. Was pleased with the family suite that we had, there was plenty of room for my husband and I and our 2 teens (16/18 years old). Buffet was great for breakfast, had lunch by the pool (could order from the pool menu, grab pizza or burgers). Went to dinner at Los Caporales (Mexican at Nizuc, was yummy), Momo (Asian, at Sunrise, didn't feel like the food was great) Gondola (Italian at Sunrise, beautiful ambiance), Asadero (Grill, steakhouse at Sunrise). Was very easy to make reservations on the Palace Resorts App. Had wonderful service from Gil, Rafael, Sammy, Jesus, Rafael. Had the best service from Guspar at the Nizuc pool area, he made our trip and is such an upbeat and happy human. Service was great at Nizuc, found this to suite our needs. Went to Sunrise several times and it feels much larger, much busier. Check in, check out were great. They do try to upsell you to stay at the Grand, which we didn't. They offer day passes to the Grand for $200/adult, $100/child per day but we didn't think it was worth it for us. My son went golfing and loved it. There's a coffee shop and ice cream area in the lobby. Plenty of daytime activities by the pool if you want to be involved. We didn't make any shows, but it's a nice option. Went to the Pub a few times (service was fantastic again) and loved the music, ambiance and pool table there (was for adults only, so nice to be free from kids if you wanted it). Service was WONDERFUL!!

We stayed at nizuc in a well sized ocean view suite. Just one night prior to a return flight. Excellent stay - you can use the facilities and eat at restaurants on day of check in and until 11pm on day of checkout. Restaurant food was good quality - we ate at monom Asian (excellent) and breakfast buffet (good) plus the coffee and snack bar. Pool side drinks were okay but service was good. Nice touches were taco and various snack stands around pool area, crazy golf, surfing water machine, water slide, plenty of deck chairs). Staff extremely polite.
