Beautiful stay, wonderful customer service, clean room and environment, food was the best I’ve had in Cancun since I’ve ever been. Been at least 4-5 times. Enjoyed the family side as well for the pool and amenities. But the Adult side is truly where it’s at! Only negative was that my room in particular had some AC issues. But other than that I’d give my stay a 8.5/10
