Really great friendly staff and beautiful property

5 / 10

Great staff. Hyper organized. Food was great. Very authentic and intimate atmosphere.

3 / 10

The setting was idyllic and felt very authentic, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and service-minded. We had booked their best room with a private onsen, which was one of the main reasons we chose to stay here. Unfortunately, the room itself felt quite worn, and the private onsen had a significant amount of visible mold. This made it rather unpleasant to use, which was especially disappointing considering that having our own onsen was supposed to be one of the highlights of the stay. On the positive side, both dinner and breakfast were excellent. The food was delicious and the whole dining experience was very enjoyable. Overall, however, we left disappointed. Considering the price we paid for one of their best rooms, we simply did not feel that the experience offered good value for money. The location, atmosphere, staff, and food were all lovely, but based on our experience, I would not recommend paying extra for a room with a private onsen.

5 / 10

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Such a lovely location and dinner was excellent. Private onsen in the room was 10/10 so peaceful.

The area is mountainous and beautiful! Far enough away but close to everything via bus. Loved it!!!

I loved the private villas. Loved that we had our own secluded outdoor onsen. I loved how well taken care of the place was. It is starting to show its age however as the inside in the rooms smells strange. Other than that everything was great.
