A Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended!
We enjoyed our stay here very much and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Everything from the comfortable, well-appointed room to the incredibly welcoming staff was fantastic.
The location is absolutely perfect for sightseeing, making it an ideal home base for exploring the local attractions. The food was also excellent, with great quality and variety. A major highlight of the stay was the public onsen bath—it was superb and the absolute best way to relax and unwind after a long day of walking.
One quick tip for future guests: if you are planning to arrive by bus, keep in mind that the final stretch from the bus station to the hotel is a very steep walk. It is perfectly manageable, but definitely good to know in advance if you are traveling with heavy luggage. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would gladly stay here again!

The two onsens are stunning, especially the open air portions. Watched the sunrise over the mountains during an early morning soak in the infinity pool like onsen.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of Hakone mountains. The hot springs were amazing and so relaxing. Dinner and breakfast were spectacular with so many options to choose and try. All my family loved and we want to come back.

The location is beautiful. Our room had a private thermal bath. Spacious and clean. Restaurant was very good for both breakfast and dinner. Would definitely come again
