The room was clean and spacious with a king-sized bed and a beautiful walk-in shower. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was just a short walk to the York Minster and the city walls. Would definitely stay there again!

This is a great hotel. Great location just near the city walls. There’s a walking path (5 minutes easy walk) to York train station so that’s really convenient.
Very helpful and friendly staff on check-in.
The room (no.35) was fantastic. Spacious, pristinely clean, high quality linen and the best pillows and bed I’ve had in England.
Big bathroom. Great amenities.
I wish I could have stayed longer.
This is an excellent place to stay.
