Self check in works OK and parking at £5 on roadside due to permits is also good. 15 minute walk to centre and attractions.
Shower cubicle not in a separate room to bedroom but wasn't an issue really.

Great location, it's at the best side of York to walk in, really clean, lovely towels and really fresh bed linen, I had the best sleep. Really enjoyed my stay.

Comfortable bed and quiet surroundings. Good shower with hot water on demand.
My single room (room 4) was a bit small, even for the price that I paid. It did not have any facility to hang clothes. The ensuite was tiny and you could not move around in it. Really awkward to use the toilet without leaving the door open as the space was so restrictive.
