Not a lot of signs for directions to restaurants, they were very spaced out and harder to find since never been there before

The resort was very nice and the employees were very friendly and helpful.
My biggest complaint was a lack of communication when checking in. We were told to see a man to make reservations for lunch and dinner for that day and to see the concierge the following day to set up the rest.
Since we also set up excursions for the following three days, I was not able to see the conserve until the third day. That was when we got a paper to see when all the different food choices were open.
I would have liked this information at check in and also what their menus were. A paper map would be nice since our Internet only worked in our room and the main building.
The beach was full of sargassum, which I understand is seasonal, but would have been nice to know.
The restaurants were really nice and there were many which to choose. The rooms were nice and clean.

The resort was exactly as described! The food was exquisite at every location. I went on this trip solo and had a fantastic time. Just a tip, make sure to make your reservations for dinner with your concierge the day you arrive to make the process easier. I did have an issue with checking out, but it did not impede on me getting to the airport.
