The out door pool was amazing ! The bar by the pool and the staff were very friendly and all of the staff were always friendly and helpful . The Palms restaurant and Italian restaurants were our favorite. Unfortunately there were only four restaurants for families and one was only open for breakfast and lunch. One is a buffet that was just okay. The other restaurents in the other resorts are adult only - which one can understand.

Room was very clean. Very family friendly staff. Lack of safety door outside our room to our swim out pool area was a safety concern for small children. The pool tile areas needed updating. The greenery areas could use some sproucing up. All staff were excellennt. Food in all areas were sub par, left a lot to be desired. Most hot food in main buffet was cold. There was a lack of hot vegetables at both lunch and dinner. Omelet bar was excellent at breakfast.

The hotel is beautiful and the pools were very clean and well maintained. The grounds were very well kept and they attempted to clean up the sargassum best they could given the circumstances. However, the food was far below expectation. We frequently struggled to find something to eat and items on the buffet were cold despite being there the second that it opened. Room service was sparse with only a few items to choose from- but they have an excellent app for ordering and seeing what was going on. The activities for the children absolutely have room to improve, but it was nice that something was offered.
This was our second time visiting generations and will likely be looking elsewhere for our next stay. What would pull us back is the swim up pools. It was beyond wonderful to have a pool right outside the room for kiddo. It was the highlight without a doubt!
