The hotel is great. The rooms are comfortable, great size, mini bar full equipped and included. Large bathroom and good balcony with looks to the pools and ocean. Every day the cleaning crew left a new and different animal made with hand towels. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The entertainment team is amazing. They manage all the activities, from yoga/stretching, acqua aerobics, bingo, water polo, water volleyball, night shows, etc. Every night there was a different show or entertainment activity. Food was great. A great buffet for breakfast and dinner. Several restaurant options for lunch and dinner. Property very well maintained and cleaned. Definitely a great hotel chain.

We would stay here again and again if we could! My husband and I travelled with our 2 year old and we loved every minute of it. The staff was so patient and friendly with our daughter. They had kid-friendly activities that included letting the kids go up on stage to dance and a birthday party for the hotel mascot. Every day we came to our room and found a new animal made from towels, which my daughter loved. Thank you Carla for being amazing with our daughter! My husband and I enjoyed the other activities like the World Cup watch parties and the live mariachi. The food and drink options were good, the massage was great, and the location was perfect.
