This is an apartment style hotel so you have all the amenities you need as essentials. The breakfast is a small continental style build your own hamper. But the space is nice and very walkable

What a great place to stay. Very central with a quick walk to everything. The room was very nice and so convenient having a washer/dryer right in the room. Friendly staff and having breakfast foods in our room for the whole stay when we checked in was great and they gladly provide additional if needed.

Nice big apartment and good location for the main hub of The Royal Mile. There was also a washer/dryer which came in handy. Very quiet as set back off the main road.
Only problem for us was that the power kept tripping randomly and we had to go down for reception to go and reset it. It became a bit of a pain after a couple of days. Not sure if this happens in every room but it was an inconvenience to us.
Overall, well priced for what you got and location.

Best were the very responsive staff and the well planned kitchen with everything we needed and a table. Bed and shower fine too. Good location for Holyrood side of Royal Mile, #35 Lothian bus. By Canongate Kirk.
