We were never informed that the property we booked, Seaside Suites, was closed down for remodeling. We only found out from the Lomas Travel driver as we were headed to the property. We did receive a “Resort” credit for certain things, but couldn’t use it on exactly what you wanted, so it still cost you for things, basically it took 50% off things.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Palms side is quiet, and reserved. We wanted Suites Side for the Party atmosphere.
Storm had come in recently, so seaweed was a bummer. They were trying to clean it up, but there was a lot.

Loved the swim out balcony in every room and the 24 hr room service. There are alot of options whether you want a quiet relaxing day or dancing and enjoying the nightlife. Loved the buffets and taco stand and swim up bar.

The property is going under renovations, so most of amenities were not available. Mist of restaurants were not open. The room was good but the bath tub took 35 minutes to fill up.
