Lovely atmosphere, lovely people, great service, nice pool and fast service. Buffet was great!
Didn’t get a chance to try the steak house because it was booked 5 days ahead and we didn’t know 🥲, but everything else we tried was AMAZING!

Almost everything, amazing place!
Food is excellent, especially steakhouse and Japanese, great alcohol in premium level, mini golf, padel and surfing flowrider. Great beach and pools
The room was always wet due to moisture and some of the staff could be nicer

Big hotel, nice beach, nice entertainment.
Food quality and taste is mediocre (not for a 5-star hotel). Some staff is not very nice (they seem mad) and most of all they are not flexible and are not problem Solvers. For example, not allowing for a big family to sit in tables next to each other at the restaurant (when the restaurant is half empty). To make us stand up in the middle of the dinner to change restaurant because they will close (when it was still in the opening hours: 21h) .

Very clean and staff was amazing
Check in took a while. Rooms were very old and no lotion in room. Seemed to be understaff because the ones that were there were working very hard.
