This resort was GREAT. Had a wonderful check in experience; The room was ready in a timely manner and they fulfilled our request of a king bed. The room was up to date and clean; Looks just like the photos and very spacious. All amenities you would expect are available in the rooms. The staff are friendly, informative, and NOT pushy to sell you things. They are very great about offering you experiences but respecting your boundaries. Alfred, Peter, Katya, and Omar were all stand out staff on our trip. All of the seaweed makes the beach inaccessible but we traveled in July so it can’t really be helped. The amount of pool space makes up for that however! They have fun activities around the clock and performances as well. The things that I would say were only ok were the food and hydrotherapy. The buffet is very good but the restaurant food could’ve been better in my opinion and the hydrotherapy is a fun experience but only really for 1 day. We overall had such a relaxing time though, and its made us want to visit their other resorts! The beautiful scenery, modern feel, and native wildlife made the trip one of our favorites.

My wife and I just got back from a 5 day 4 night stay and we had an amazing time. The property is wonderful and the staff is amazing. All of the staff is super friendly and really make you feel at home. We had breakfast at The Park every morning and our waiter Melchor was amazing and took care of us every morning. The bartenders at Aura swim up bar are incredible and work so hard. We will definitely be back and will recommend this stay to all our friends and family.

The service and hotel were amzing ! We get there and Elizebeth greats us with a smile and she were drained and shots for me and my family. And than after the check in she introduced us to Alfred or personal concierge for our entire stay! Alfred was amazing. We got there and he’s like let me show you guys where the restaurant is because I know you guys are hungry as we’re walking. He’s explaining the hotel he explains. He’s our private concierge as well. He explains on the way that we could go go with him or we could stop at his desk and look at the restaurant options. He already had taken the privilege of booking the overall best restaurants at the resort we actually stood with hair recommendations. His recommendations were on point. I can’t say how much Alfred was there for us every morning he greeted us for breakfast anytime he seen us. He wanted to make sure we were OK that there was nothing that was missing from my room or any of that as well. He did help us set up our excursions as well that same day he got everything set up for us and we’re set for the entire week. He was in fishing. He was courteous and my true honest opinion is he provided over the top service for the hotel and the whole staff was amazing all the staff was great so I can’t say more and I do give this hotel a high 10 because the little touches that they provided for us was amazing. Thank you.

Property was once way more extensive but lots was closed down and the beach was covered with seaweed and the smell was there
