I'm Japanese, but I had no communication problems because the staff could speak Japanese.
The only downsides were that the shower didn't drain well and I found some hair in the room.
Other than that, everything was great. I really appreciated the complimentary water and Coke, as well as the laundry service. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay.

The staff were very helpful. I like the laundry option with same day free service. The location is excellent near shopping centers and eateries
