good location, happy + friendly staff, usually a good room rate
The furniture in the lower rate rooms (which I usually select) is becoming slightly worn but still perfectly functional.
Can be difficult to book at short notice due to it's popularity

Unbeatable location if you want to be near Walking Street but not hear it! Surrounded by massage and nail spas, bars, clubs, food, coffee, everything you need. Rooms are huge.
My view was an ugly brick wall but that was the trade-off for a quiet room location, away from the busy street.

I did not have the breakfast
The room was very basic indeed. It was OK, and nothing like the photos.
