We stayed on the 14th floor. It was very clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating and answered all our questions. Very nice location with everything in walkable distance.
The only downside is that the walls can be a little bit thin. We could sometimes hear voices, and slamming doors. We do know this is a very old building, so we took that into account. Otherwise, we loved this hotel.

Staff are extremely friendly, we were even offered to check in earlier than expected since the room was ready!

This was my first time stay at this hotel. It is located near Union Square and all the other hotels so it is easy to take public transportation from here to get all over the city. The room was spacious. The front desk was very friendly, but it was not easy to request an early check-in or a late checkout. The hotel does not have parking, but will recommend other lots that are walkable to the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant experience I would stay here again.
