We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Japan. Everything was excellent, from the friendly and professional service to the clean and comfortable room. The location was very convenient, and the hotel was perfect for our family.
The staff were always helpful and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to Japan. Highly recommended!

The staff were all amazing. Super friendly and accomodated our large group of non Japanese speakers. Rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. The complimentary ameneties in the room were a nice suprise. Having a mini bar in the room was super convinient. The food in the lobby restaurant was very good.

My second stay at Kyoto Brighton. Love the atrium hall and the comfortable cafeteria which I use very often for lunch and teatime.
The manner of each staff is perfect! The room is very clean and comfortable, The Japanese style breakfast has various tasty plates. Some plates were a little bit salty, but the kombu tea eye-opner was equisite! The buffet style dinner was enjoyable. It will be perfect if there were more variety of wine, both in bottles and glasses.
Looking forward to seeing the renewal opening in two years!
