Staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Location is convenient! I booked this hotel specifically for the washing machine in my room, but it was broken. Luckily the staff offered to wash my clothes, but I wanted to wash them on my own so i declined. Overall good experience, just do not book if the primary driving factor is the washing machine.

The room was amazing. The staff was lovey. The location was perfect- Bus stop and subway nearby. Imperial Palace across the street.

ONE PILLOW and only one. I’ve travel around the world and every bead has always come with 2 pillows. Ask for another one they said no pillows available you only get 1. Never heard of such a thing. Such a great place but won’t stay here again
