The modern, 50-square-meter fitness room has something for every active guest. Afterward, relax in the indoor or outdoor sauna in the 400-square-meter alpspa wellness area with relaxation rooms and a natural pool (ages 16 and up), or in the alpspa family area with the kids—and if you’d like, enjoy a round of digital board games on the Fun4Four display. ALPSTYLE HEAVEN - HEAVENLY HOLIDAYS
In our “Alpstyle Heaven,” our most luxurious apartment, you’ll want for nothing. With 160 m² of space for up to 6 people, it features 3 bedrooms—one with a view of the sky and two with breathtaking views of the Zahmer Kaiser. Three bathrooms, a breathtaking view from the living and dining areas over mountains and meadows, are complemented by a top-of-the-line kitchen, including a Bora cooktop and grill. The large refrigerator, complete with fresh food compartments and a freezer, is second only to the separate wine cooler. When the weather is nice, meals are often enjoyed on the balcony, and in the evening, the cozy lounge chairs (protected from the rain) invite you to relax and enjoy the evening on the balcony. You can’t ask for more on vacation. The large fitness area, a completely new water play area (including a natural pool), and a movie theater are all available for free use downstairs in the same building. Here, no wish goes unfulfilled.
Reit im Winkl, a climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the designation “climatic health resort” is awarded to “locations whose air and climate, according to an expert assessment, possess properties that are beneficial for relaxation and health.” Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and has consistently met the criteria for this designation ever since through its ongoing efforts. One key factor is its high elevation, which ensures that summer heat is moderated and nights remain pleasantly cool. The town is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and, in terms of its overall climate, belongs to the “Bavarian Alps” climate region. The character of the weather is largely determined by the local conditions—that is, by the influence of the mountain ranges and valleys on weather patterns. In addition to the natural conditions that ensure good air quality, we actively work to preserve the fresh mountain air by utilizing natural heat and providing ample bus service.
