The newly built Chalet Roahäusl in Reit im Winkl offers 140 square meters of living space and a luxurious, cozy atmosphere that’s ideal for a relaxing stay in the Bavarian Alps. The spacious living area extends across several rooms, all of which are stylishly furnished and offer plenty of space for families, couples, or small groups. Here, you can spend relaxing hours in the cozy living room, prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or unwind in one of the comfortable bedrooms. In general, the accommodation offers numerous amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Amenities include an utility room with a dryer and washing machine, as well as other equipment such as an iron, ironing board, and clothes rack.
There is also an additional guest room (approx. 15 m²) that can be used for storage and drying. This room is located right next to the front door, so you don’t have to walk far to hang up your gear to dry after skiing or cross-country skiing, for example.
Furthermore, a double garage offers the following features: an electric vehicle charging station (for a fee), mounting racks for bicycles and ski equipment, storage space, and charging capabilities for e-bike batteries.
Accordingly, the following parking spaces are available to you: two cars in the garage, plus ample space on the property.

Each bedroom features high-quality furnishings, both in terms of sleep comfort and functionality. To create a pleasant atmosphere, the beds are indirectly lit and feature easily adjustable reading lamps as well as outlets with integrated USB and USB-C ports. Two of the bedrooms have a modern smart TV with a wide range of streaming services (Magenta TV). Each bedroom has built-in closets for clothing.
The master bedroom has a bed measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m. The other two bedrooms are furnished with “French” beds, measuring 1.40 m x 2.00 m. The view is particularly noteworthy.

To ensure a high level of comfort, each bedroom has its own separate bathroom. Walk-in showers, sinks, toilets, 3-level adjustable LED mirrors, makeup mirrors, hair dryers, and other amenities ensure your comfort.

For further relaxation, the wellness room—featuring a traditional Finnish sauna, a freestanding bathtub, and soothing lighting—offers the perfect setting to unwind.

The heart of the apartment is the spacious living and dining room with a high-quality and fully equipped kitchen. Brands such as WMF, Bora, Bosch, and Hansgrohe feature prominently on the list of amenities. The large, light-filled room invites you to gather and enjoy time with friends and loved ones. A large dining table, a built-in fireplace, and the “TV nook” further create the ideal setting for pleasant evenings.

Directly adjoining the living room is the spacious 20-square-meter balcony. It features a relaxation and sunbathing lounge available year-round. Except in winter, you can take a seat in the lounge area to enjoy the view while sipping a drink or two.

The chalet was built by the third generation of the Schlechter family. The two brothers, Fabian and Markus Schlechter, manage the rental of this property. Fabian is the on-site contact who also takes care of the guests’ well-being. Markus is primarily responsible for bookings, billing, and organization. We both place great importance on making our guests’ stay as pleasant as possible and are always available for questions and suggestions.
