Three master bedrooms with box-spring beds (1.80 × 2 meters), a bunk room with a bunk bed (1 × 2 meters), and high-quality linens ensure restful nights.
Do you enjoy cooking together? The well-equipped kitchen, featuring a 4-burner induction stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher, is the perfect place to do just that. While dining, the phenomenal view of the Zahmer Kaiser and a perfectly chilled glass from the wine refrigerator make for an unforgettable vacation.


Reit im Winkl, a climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the designation “climatic health resort” is awarded to “towns whose air and climate, according to an expert assessment, possess qualities that are beneficial to health and relaxation.” Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and has consistently met the criteria for this designation ever since through its ongoing efforts. One key factor is its high altitude, which ensures that summer heat is moderated and nights remain pleasantly cool. The town is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and, in terms of its general climate, belongs to the “Bavarian Alps” climate region. The character of the weather is decisively determined by the local conditions—that is, by the influence of the mountain ranges and valleys on weather patterns. In addition to the natural conditions for good air quality, we actively work to preserve the fresh mountain air through the use of geothermal energy and an extensive bus service.
