The 90 m² upstairs apartment, Peter's Lodge No. 5, is available for rent for the first time following its completion. This modern apartment is just a few meters from the beach and the Baltic Sea (100 m as the crow flies).
It can accommodate up to 4 people (2 bedrooms with double beds measuring 180 x 200 cm) (the listed price is always based on 2 adults and 2 children; additional guests may be accommodated upon request) and features upscale 5-star amenities: 2 bathrooms, 1 sauna, 1 whirlpool tub, and 1 balcony (direct ocean view). The kitchen is fully equipped and features a large dining table that seats up to 6 people. It also includes a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a washer-dryer. The living area features a 50-inch smart TV and access to the balcony. The balcony is also furnished with a dining table and offers a magnificent, direct view of the Baltic Sea. Of course, we offer fast and free Wi-Fi as well as a parking space right next to the house. Electric car chargers (wall boxes) are available in the on-site parking lot (for a fee). Due to the allergy-friendly amenities, pets are not allowed.
