About this apartment rental
This light-filled, four-room, 120 m² vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate up to six people. Free parking is available right at the property.
The three bedrooms are furnished with high-quality box-spring beds, including blackout pleated blinds and flat-screen TVs. Two shower rooms with rain showerheads are accessible from the respective bedrooms. The third shower room, featuring a rain showerhead and a whirlpool tub, is accessible from the hallway. All three bathrooms are equipped with illuminated wall and vanity mirrors, as well as wall-mounted radios with Bluetooth connectivity.
The living room stands out for its brightness, while the fully equipped kitchen invites you to enjoy your time there. A dining area and a cozy sofa area with a wood-burning stove round out the living space.
We’ve even thought of barbecue enthusiasts—the large balcony features not only patio furniture but also a modern gas grill! We provide the gas cylinders.

On the top floor of the building, you’ll find the wellness area with a sea view—even from the sauna—as well as the fitness room. You’ll love the relaxation room and two large rooftop terraces with ocean views and beach chairs!
High-speed internet access at 500 Mbit/s is available throughout the building—free of charge, of course.
You can safely leave your car behind, as everything is just a stone’s throw away: The bakery (260 m), a supermarket (320 m), the shopping street (420 m), and the promenade (100 m), the spa park (380 m), or even the “Grömitzer Welle” swimming pool (460 m). The stunning Grömitz beach is just 100 meters away.
You can store the bicycles you bring with you in the shared, lockable bike shed in front of the building.

Es war ein gelungener Urlaub. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Tolle neue und moderne Wohnung mit super Ausstattung in unmittelbarere Nähe zur Strandpromenade. Top gelegen. Besonders schön ist der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer aufs Meer, der auch von Sauna und Fitnessraum genossen werden kann. Jedes Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad, was sehr angenehm ist, wenn man mit 6 Erwachsenen die Wohnung belegt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben die Tage sehr genossen.
