Look forward to a carefree, relaxing vacation in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Grömitz. The fully equipped “tohuus” offers 100 m² of living space (first floor) and can accommodate up to 6 people (the listed price is always based on 2 adults and 2 children; additional guests can be booked upon request); whether you’re traveling as a couple, with children, grandparents, or friends, “tohuus” always offers the perfect home for your Baltic Sea vacation. This is also thanks to two spacious parking spots, with the house entrance located right next to them, accessible via three steps.
Your accommodations are located in a quiet cul-de-sac less than 600 m from the beach. The town center, the promenade, and the Baltic Sea are just a few minutes’ walk away.
“tohuus” offers you 3 cozy bedrooms with freshly made beds and exterior shutters:
- a large bedroom with a double box-spring bed, a closet, a safe, a dresser, and a TV,
- a bedroom with 2 single box-spring beds (which can be pushed together) and a closet, as well as
- a children’s room with a bunk bed (200 x 90 cm), wardrobe, small corner desk, and CD player.
In the spacious living/dining room, you’ll find a large, comfortable couch and a cozy reading nook with a wingback chair. The large oak dining table offers plenty of space, whether for dining or playing. A large TV (satellite, including streaming services), a stereo system, Wi-Fi, games for all ages, and a great selection of books provide plenty of variety.
The high-quality kitchen is connected to the living/dining room. Enjoy cooking or baking together, as everything you need is provided: an oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction cooktop, and various small appliances (e.g., coffee maker, capsule coffee machine, toaster). But even the little things—such as plenty of kitchenware, dish towels, parchment paper, dishwasher tabs, and cookbooks—are provided for you.
The “tohuus” has 2 bathrooms, which of course are equipped with a hair dryer, shower towels, hand towels, and toilet paper:
- a large bathroom with a rain shower, walk-in shower, and toilet, as well as
- a smaller bathroom, also with a rain shower and toilet.
If needed, you can use the washing machine in the basement free of charge. Detergent and a drying rack are provided. You’ll find an ironing board and iron in the kitchen. Our foldable handcart is also waiting for you in the basement, ready to help you explore the Baltic Sea region. Your complimentary beach chair is waiting for you on the beach.
Enjoy the spacious garden at “tohuus,” featuring a 30 m² partially covered southwest-facing terrace and a jungle gym. Here you’ll find a dining table for 6 people, a large charcoal grill, an extra-spacious beach chair, two comfortable lounge chairs, and a beach umbrella.
Our young guests are very important to us, which is why—in addition to the great climbing frame in the fenced-in garden—there’s plenty of fun to be had inside the house as well, with a professional foosball table, audiobook CDs, children’s books, and games are all part of the standard amenities. For the little ones, we also provide Tripp Trapp high chairs, a travel crib, a bottle warmer, children’s cutlery, a diaper pail, and a toilet seat reducer.
