Perfect relaxation in a quiet location with complete privacy in a fully equipped penthouse featuring a stunning view of the treetops of the Grömitz Kurpark on one side of the 52-square-meter rooftop terrace and, on the other side, a view of the Hotel Carat and the Baltic Sea.
The promenade and the beach are just 400 m away. Bakeries, restaurants, shopping, doctors, and pharmacies are also in the immediate vicinity. There is direct access to the spa park.
Your vacation begins the moment you arrive, as two parking spaces are reserved for you right in front of the entrance. This means you can either arrive in two vehicles, welcome guests for coffee, or park right between the two spots, making it easy to get in and out at all times.
This very comfortable apartment (air conditioning, floor heating, sauna, electric window blinds) and modernly furnished apartment is located on the top floor (2nd floor) and is easily accessible by elevator.
From the hallway, you enter the bedroom with an en suite bathroom and rain shower, which also features a sauna for up to four people. The sauna’s special feature: a window with a direct view of the spa gardens! The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning for hot days and can be completely darkened using the electric window blinds. In addition, there are several pleated shades on the floor-to-ceiling bedroom windows, ensuring that no one can see inside even when the blinds are open.

There, you’ll also find a second beverage refrigerator, a Weber gas grill (gas included), and a Sony soundbar (controllable via Bluetooth from your smartphone). The covered area of the rooftop terrace features a seating area for 6 people. Furthermore, along the long side of the terrace, you’ll find two sun loungers, a small seating area, and a beach chair. In this area, a 7-meter-long awning provides shade from the sun when needed.
