Exclusively furnished, modernized 2-room vacation apartment for up to 4 people and 2 dogs—with ocean views and located right on the beach!
The vacation apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the well-maintained and quiet “Hanseat I” complex, which is situated at the end of the Grömitz promenade toward Lensterstrand. The beach is just a few meters away.
You can reach the apartment via a staircase or conveniently by elevator. Once inside, you’ll find a welcoming entryway with a spacious built-in closet.
The light-filled living room features a comfortable new corner sofa that can be used as a sleeper sofa (160 x 200). A high-quality recliner invites you to relax. The living room is complemented by a large TV, a stereo system, and a large dining table. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available to you throughout your stay.
After a day at the beach, relax on your southwest-facing balcony or on the sofa, enjoying the view of the Baltic Sea through the large windows.
The open-concept modern kitchen features a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave with a baking function, and various small appliances.
The bedroom is furnished with two comfortable box-spring beds (each 90x200) and a wardrobe. A blackout pleated blind ensures a restful night’s sleep.
Another highlight is the modernized bathroom. Here you’ll find a large walk-in shower with a bench, a towel warmer, and a sink with a mirror.
The property is located in the first row, directly behind the dike. The spacious promenade, with its many shops and restaurants, is perfect for a leisurely stroll. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is right outside the door. And to make sure your dog doesn’t miss out, the dog beach isn’t far away either. Of course, your dog is welcome to enjoy a well-deserved vacation with you in this apartment. Up to two dogs are warmly welcome here!
