Enjoy a breathtaking ocean view and a fantastic vista over Grömitz in this high-quality 2-room apartment (6th floor)—accommodating up to 4 people and 2 dogs!
This fully renovated vacation apartment is located on the top floor of the popular “Hanseat II” apartment complex, which is situated in a very quiet area, right behind the dike. The spacious promenade, with its many shops and restaurants, is perfect for a leisurely stroll. The fine-sand beach and the popular promenade, with its shops, restaurants, and cafes, are just a few meters away. You’ll never forget the view across Lübeck Bay! Please note that the elevator only goes up to the 5th floor.
The light-filled living room features a comfortable new corner sofa that can be used as a sleeper sofa (160 x 200). A high-quality recliner invites you to unwind. The living room is complemented by a large TV, a stereo system, and a dining table for four people.
After a day at the beach, relax on your southwest-facing balcony or on the sofa, enjoying the view of the Baltic Sea through the large windows.
The open-concept modern kitchen features a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave with a baking function, and various small appliances.
The bedroom is furnished with two comfortable box-spring beds (each 90x200) and spacious closets. Blackout pleated blinds ensure a restful night’s sleep.
Another highlight is the modernized bathroom. Here you’ll find a large walk-in shower with a bench, a heated towel rack, and a sink with a mirror.
To make sure your dog doesn’t miss out, the dog beach is also nearby. After all, up to two dogs are, of course, welcome to enjoy their well-deserved vacation with you in this apartment.
