With our vacation apartments at Haus Meeresblick, you’ll have a prime spot by the sea! Haus Meeresblick was newly built in 2000, modeled after the old spa house in Kühlungsborn. It’s located right on the beach promenade and offers direct, traffic-free access to the sea. The building’s architecture combines turn-of-the-century design elements with the modern comforts of today. Two glass elevators take you through the huge, landscaped, glass-roofed atrium to your apartment.

Did you spill something on your favorite outfit, or maybe you didn’t bring enough extra clothes? No problem: A coin-operated washer and dryer are available in a separate laundry room in the basement. A spacious bike storage room is available for your bicycles.

YOUR PRIME SPOT BY THE SEA – LOVINGLY FURNISHED 2-ROOM VACATION APARTMENT WITH BALCONY

Welcome to our lovingly furnished vacation apartment No. 4.03 in the Meeresblick building. This cozy 2-room vacation rental, approximately 40 square meters in size, is located on the east side of the Haus Meeresblick building on the fourth floor and is ideal for 2 people. The apartment offers all the comforts that the discerning guest expects for a relaxing vacation. You’ll be greeted by a welcoming, open living and dining area featuring a leather corner sofa with an ottoman, as well as a 32-inch LED TV with cable and cable radio. The open kitchenette is equipped with all the essential kitchen appliances you’ll need for your “perfect dinner”: dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, two-burner stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, as well as plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and cooking utensils. From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished east-facing balcony with a magnificent side view across the beach promenade to the Baltic Sea. From here, you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun. The bedroom features a double bed made of solid beech wood at a comfortable height, with a sleeping surface of 180 x 200 cm and cold-foam mattresses, as well as a wardrobe. The modern shower room is functionally furnished with, among other things, a shallow shower pan, a sink, a large mirror, and a hair dryer. 

SPECIAL FEATURES

Please understand that smoking is permitted only outdoors, as this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are also not allowed.

The rental price includes all utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bedding and towels are available for rent on a per-person basis. Please order them well in advance so that we can have the linens ready for you in the apartment before your arrival.

As an additional service, free Wi-Fi internet access is available to you; however, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions.

A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in a separate laundry room in the basement of the Meeresblick building. A spacious bicycle storage room is available for bicycles.

PARKING

The apartment includes an underground parking space with space number 105. This is a double-parking space (standard configuration with a space width of 2.30 m, lower platform). Please ensure that your vehicle does not exceed the following dimensions:

Lowered cars and cars with front spoilers may only be parked at the driver’s own risk.

You can easily reach your apartment from the underground parking garage via a glass passenger elevator and through the beautifully landscaped, light-filled atrium.



Check-in is available from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
