The vacation rental is located on the 3rd floor and features a furnished loggia facing east. From the loggia, you can enjoy a partial view of the lake as well as a view of the park across the street. With an area of approximately 50 m², the apartment features a separate bedroom, a living and dining area with an additional sofa bed, a kitchenette, a modern bathroom with a shower, and, in the attic, additional closets for clothing, storage space for suitcases, and a reading nook. The beach is just 50 m away.

The separate bedroom, accessible from the living room, ensures a restful night’s sleep. Various spacious closets provide ample storage space for your vacation wardrobe. A travel crib can be set up in the bedroom if needed. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment, and curtains can be drawn to block out the light.

The living and dining area is furnished with a leather sleeper sofa, comfortable seating, and a large dining table. A children’s chair and a separate high chair are available for young guests. Entertainment options include a flat-screen TV with cable and free internet access, as well as a stereo system. The dining area is integrated into the living area, and curtains are also provided here to block out the light.

The kitchenette is equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, an egg cooker, a toaster, a coffee maker, a capsule coffee machine, and an electric kettle.

The bathroom has a modern design and features a walk-in shower, a toilet, a sink, a wall-mounted hair dryer, a mirror, and a heated towel rack. The entire apartment is floored with high-quality vinyl.

In the attic, you’ll find additional dressers and closets for your vacation wardrobe, storage space for suitcases and bags, and a small reading nook with a variety of books. The attic is not intended as a sleeping area.

The “Haus am Park” apartment building combines the charm of the 1920s with modern design, located right near the beach. It is one of the most impressive buildings in the center of Kühlungsborn-West. The former Parkhotel is located right next to the wide, fine-sand beach and is just a 2-minute walk away. A magnificent foyer adorns the entrance to the building and impressively reflects the charm of the turn of the century. The Haus am Park offers an elevator, a bicycle storage room, and coin-operated washers and dryers.

Some vacation apartments come with an outdoor parking space, while others include an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tires).
