With our vacation apartments at Haus Meeresblick, you’ll have a prime spot by the sea! Haus Meeresblick was newly built in 2000, modeled after the old spa house in Kühlungsborn. It’s located right on the beach promenade and offers direct, traffic-free access to the sea. The building’s architecture combines turn-of-the-century style elements with the modern comforts of today. Two glass elevators take you through the vast, landscaped, glass-roofed atrium to your apartment.

Did you spill something on your favorite outfit, or maybe you didn’t bring enough extra clothes? No problem: A coin-operated washer and dryer are available in a separate laundry room in the basement. A spacious bike storage room is available for your bicycles.

YOUR VERY OWN PRIVATE SEAT BY THE SEA

Welcome to our lovingly furnished vacation apartment No. 3.17 in the Meeresblick building. This cozy 3-room vacation apartment, approximately 55 square meters in size, is located on the west side of the Meeresblick building on the third floor and is ideal for 2 to 3 people. The apartment offers all the comforts that the discerning guest expects for a relaxing vacation. You’ll be greeted by a friendly, open living and dining area with a large, comfortable sofa corner, as well as a 94-cm LED TV with cable, a Blu-ray player, and a compact stereo system. You can use the USB port to enjoy your favorite music from home even while on vacation. The open kitchenette is equipped with all the essential kitchen appliances you’ll need for your “perfect dinner”: dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, 4-burner stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, as well as plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and cooking utensils. From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished west-facing balcony, which offers a magnificent side view across the beach promenade toward the Baltic Sea. Here, you can wind down the day in the evening sun. The bedroom, which faces the house’s landscaped atrium, features a double bed made of solid beech wood at a comfortable height, with a sleeping surface measuring 180 x 200 cm and a 7-zone pocket-spring mattress, as well as a wardrobe. The second small bedroom also has a window overlooking the landscaped atrium and offers an additional single bed for another sleeping option. The shower room is functionally furnished with, among other things, a shower, sink, and large mirror.

SPECIAL FEATURES

Please understand that smoking is permitted only outdoors, as this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are also not allowed.

The rental price includes all utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bedding and towels are available for rent on a per-person basis. Please order them well in advance so that we can have the linens ready for you in the apartment before your arrival.

As an additional service, free Wi-Fi internet access is available to you; however, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions.

A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in a separate laundry room in the basement of the Meeresblick building. A spacious bicycle storage room is available for bicycles.

PARKING

The apartment includes an underground parking space with the number 94. This is a double-parking system (standard configuration with a parking space width of 2.30 m, upper platform). Please ensure that your car does not exceed the following dimensions:

Lowered cars and cars with front spoilers may only be parked at the driver’s own risk.

You can easily reach your apartment from the underground parking garage via a glass passenger elevator and through the beautifully landscaped, light-filled atrium.



Check-in is available from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
