In the immediate vicinity of the beach, about in the middle of the Heringsdorf and Bansin piers, our Baltic Sea Park Waterfront awaits you, which is only separated from the sea by the picturesque beach promenade. On a spacious plot of approx. 5,000 m² you will find four cozy apartment houses. Particularly noteworthy is the Captain's House, which offers an inviting wellness area with a heated indoor pool, a sauna and a fitness room - and you can use all of this free of charge! For your convenience, a washing machine and dryer are available in the property for a small fee. Your car will find a safe place in the parking lot directly on the property. And best of all: the beach is only 50 metres away and the nearest bus stop of the Kaiserbäderlinie is only 100 metres away.
Karavelle 32:
This comfortable 2-room holiday apartment is located in Haus Karavelle on the mezzanine floor. From the hallway you can access the spacious living area with kitchenette and dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner stove, fridge, microwave, sink and dishes. In the brightly furnished living room there is also a corner couch, flat screen TV and CD player. In the adjoining conservatory you can enjoy breakfast or end the evening with a glass of wine. In the bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed. A cot can also be set up here for small children. The bathroom is equipped with shower/WC.
A parking space is available on the fenced property. A washing machine and a tumble dryer can be used in the property for a fee. The initial supply of bed linen and towels can be booked when booking the apartment for a fee of 20 € per person. Wi-Fi access is free of charge for one device, for each additional device 10 € per week will be charged.
Arrival is possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departure from 06:00 to 09:00.
