Located right on the Heringsdorf promenade, Captain’s Haus 1.1 offers its guests an excellent base for a vacation in the Kaiserbäder; a quiet yet central location with easy access to the beach and the town center.
On the first floor of the house, you’ll find a comfortable 43-square-meter vacation apartment. The living area features an open layout and includes a seating area with an armchair and a sleeper sofa that can accommodate a third and fourth guest. Adjacent to it is a small kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Both the living room and bedroom have carpeted floors. From the living room, you can step out onto the large, furnished terrace facing the promenade. Here, you can either enjoy breakfast outdoors or wind down the day with a glass of wine. For your comfort, both the bedroom and the kitchen have fly screens on the windows.
You can use the property’s Wi-Fi free of charge. You can park your car right next to the house. A lockable bike storage room is available. A travel crib with a mattress (but without linens) and a high chair are provided free of charge. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is located in the building and can be used for a fee.
As a special highlight, the building’s swimming pool and sauna are available for shared use at no charge—with the exception of the annual closure period from November 6 to March 20.
The swimming pool is open for 14 days over Christmas and New Year's Eve.
