This cozy vacation rental awaits you in a lovingly renovated Art Nouveau villa ideal for 3 people and, if needed, a toddler. The central, quiet location allows you to reach both the beach promenade and the center of Heringsdorf in just a few minutes on foot. Wi-Fi is free.
The 50-square-meter apartment features a separate bedroom and a living room with an open-concept kitchen. The sofa in the living area can be converted into a bed if needed. Adjacent to the living room is a glassed-in porch with a view of the garden—perfect for relaxing or reading.
The kitchen is fully equipped—with a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, and electric kettle.
A travel crib or high chair can be requested through the property management service (please request in advance; bring your own bedding and mattress). The initial supply of bed linens and towels (excluding those for toddlers) is included in the price; your beds will be made upon arrival. For longer stays, we’re happy to provide additional linens.
A free parking space is located about 100 meters away; a spot is available right next to the villa for loading and unloading. You can securely store your bicycles in the shed or rent bikes in town—ideal for exploring the island from Peenemünde to Swinemünde.
On rainy days, we recommend a visit to the Ostseetherme—which features a swimming pool and sauna. With your spa pass, you’ll receive discounted admission.
Note: In January, the spa is closed for approximately 14 days due to maintenance work.
Important: A security deposit is required for your stay. This is due with the final payment and will, of course, be refunded upon proper return of the keys.
Sonnenstrand 04 Apartment:
Spacious 2-room apartment with a separate bedroom, living room with an open kitchen, and a glassed-in porch. A sleeper sofa provides an extra bed for one additional person. The bathroom, which features a window, shower, and toilet, offers plenty of space for everyone.
Wi-Fi is free of charge. Linen sets for the number of guests booked are included in the rental price. If you need a travel crib and/or a high chair, you can book these for an additional fee.
