Cozy vacation rental in Heringsdorf — just 3 minutes from the beach

Located in a lovingly renovated Art Nouveau villa on a quiet side street, this charming 45-square-meter vacation rental awaits you — ideal for up to 3 people (plus a toddler). The beach promenade and the center of Heringsdorf are within easy walking distance.

The combined living/sleeping area is comfortably furnished and offers direct access to the glass-enclosed veranda—a quiet spot for reading or relaxing. The seating area there can be converted into an extra bed if needed. The separate kitchen with a dining area for four people is fully equipped (2-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle). The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink.

For toddlers, a high chair and travel crib can be requested in advance through the property management service (please bring your own bedding and mattress). An initial supply of bed linens and towels for adults is included—your beds will be made upon arrival. For longer stays, we’re happy to provide additional linens.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A parking space is located about 100 meters away; you may pull up right next to the villa for loading and unloading. There is a secure storage room for your bicycles—or you can rent bikes in town and explore the island from Peenemünde to Swinemünde.

Sonnenstrand 03 Apartment:

The 45 m² vacation apartment features a combined living room and bedroom. A sofa can also be converted into a bed for an additional person. Adjacent to the living room is a glass-enclosed veranda, which invites you to relax, read a good book, or similar. The veranda is separated from the living/bedroom by a glass door. The veranda also features a sofa set that can be converted into a bed.

Cozy one-room apartment with a combined living room and bedroom. A sofa can be converted into a bed for an additional guest. The glass-enclosed porch invites you to relax and unwind at any time of day or year. In the separate, fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare any of your favorite meals. The private bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink.

A travel crib and a high chair are available for young guests (for a fee).
The initial supply of bed linens and towels for the number of guests booked (excluding infants) is included in the booking price.
Wi-Fi is free of charge. Dogs are not permitted in this apartment.
