In this lovely 2-room apartment for up to 4 people, you’ll find the vacation relaxation you’ve been longing for while still being right in the heart of the seaside resort. Enjoy the view from the small balcony on the 1st floor and take part in the central action. A private outdoor parking space is included.

Feel right at home in 59 square meters—as you enter the apartment, you’ll be greeted by a spacious hallway leading to all the rooms. The apartment was newly renovated in 2018 and furnished with modern furniture. In the bright and spacious living room, the new sleeper sofa can be used as an additional sleeping option (sleeping area 1.60 x 2.0 m).
The separate kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a microwave, is perfect for cooking and dining together.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed for a restful night’s sleep. A large closet offers plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe. Children up to 3 years old can sleep right next to their parents in a travel crib you bring along or one rented from Traumdomizil Usedom.
The sunny balcony (facing Seestraße) is accessible from the living room and is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing.
The modern shower room features a hand-washing sink, a toilet, and a hair dryer.
In the storage closet, you’ll find cleaning supplies, cushions for the balcony furniture, and space to store your suitcases or the children’s sand toys.
The electricity in the house is sourced ecologically and sustainably via green power.
Starting in 2021, you can also spend your vacation in this apartment with your beloved four-legged friend. Please note that only one pet is allowed in the apartment.
