This exclusive penthouse apartment with a spacious balcony is located on the 3rd floor of the Villa Stadt Residenz. Stylishly furnished, the 90 m² extend over two floors and are divided into 3 rooms. The living room, dining room, kitchen, and hallway flow seamlessly into one another; only the bedroom is a separate, self-contained room. The kitchen is superbly equipped; standard features include an oven, freezer, and microwave. Access to the loft room on the upper floor is via an open staircase that begins in the living-dining area. The bathroom, decorated in a nautical style, features a luxurious, large corner bathtub in addition to the shower stall. The balcony on the southeast side of the apartment offers a stunning view of Lake Schloonsee. A glimpse of the Baltic Sea—through the gaps in the promenade buildings—is also possible from both the balcony and the convertible window in the loft. In its standard configuration, this apartment offers more than enough space and comfort for two people. Upon request, extra beds for two people each can be set up in both the living room and the loft room. A parking space is included with the apartment. The building has a laundry room with a washer and dryer, which are available to guests via a coin-operated machine. The Stadt Residenz features a small wellness area with a sauna and hot tub, which guests can use individually for a fee by prior arrangement. It’s ideal for relaxing after a walk on the beach during the fall, winter, and spring months.



The Stadt-Residenz villa, fully renovated in 2002, is located in the heart of Bansin, in the second row, less than a 2-minute walk from the beach. Following an extensive renovation carried out with attention to detail, the Stadt-Residenz was transformed into a comfortable, high-end vacation villa. Eight stylish apartments of varying sizes and layouts can accommodate 2 to 6 people. The apartments feature a balcony or terrace, with the exception of one apartment, which has a French balcony.

Thanks to their prime location, some of the apartments on the upper and top floors offer a doubly attractive view. To the right, the view sweeps across Schloonsee Lake directly across the way; to the left, there is a limited, but still scenic, glimpse of the Baltic Sea.

All apartments are furnished in a modern and comfortable style. The high-quality built-in kitchens are equipped with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. Laundry and drying facilities are available in the building. Each apartment comes with a designated parking space located in the parking lot 50 meters away. Pets are permitted in some cases upon request.

The on-site wellness area offers additional relaxation options. The cozy family sauna for 4 people and the spacious hot tub promise pleasant moments in a private atmosphere, especially during the cold season. The wellness area can be used individually by appointment.
