At the Sonnenhof Residence, you’ll find bright, modernly furnished apartments with a sunny balcony or private terrace. The convenient proximity to the beach and the comfortable amenities in the apartments make the residence the ideal starting point for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea.

Each apartment comes with a free parking space right next to the building. You can conveniently store your bicycles in the building’s dedicated bike storage room.

A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee—handy for when you have laundry to do even while on vacation.

Plenty of space, plenty of light, and a beautiful balcony

On the second floor of the Sonnenhof Residence, a bright and comfortably furnished vacation apartment spanning approximately 65 m² awaits you, accommodating up to four people. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, and the small, sunny balcony offers a lovely spot to relax.

The spacious living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment. The open-concept kitchen is well-equipped and includes, among other things, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a kettle, a filter coffee maker, and a toaster.

Two separate bedrooms are available for a restful night’s sleep. The first is furnished with a double bed (180 × 200 cm) and two separate mattresses; the second bedroom has two single beds (90 × 190 cm).

The bathroom has a shower. A free parking space is located right next to the house. You can store your bicycles in the lockable bike storage room. A washer and dryer are available in the basement for a fee.

The beach is just a short walk away and is perfect for strolls, a swim in the Baltic Sea, or relaxing by the water. With your visitor’s card, you can ride the public buses within the Kaiserbäder municipal area for free. In addition, the visitor’s card also allows you to use the Adler-Reederei passenger ferries between Bansin and Swinemünde for free. This makes it easy to explore the surrounding area at a leisurely pace, even without a car.

For a variety of activities in the area, the climbing forest in Ückeritz is a great option. Here, climbing enthusiasts of all ages can discover various courses surrounded by nature. The Kaiserbäder-Express offers a leisurely way to get to know the Kaiserbäder—this little “tourist train” travels through the Kaiserbäder, providing a relaxing tour of the popular seaside resorts.

Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. This way, you can stay fully connected even while on vacation and share your best vacation moments directly with your loved ones back home.

Includes free access to the 1,200-square-meter KAISER SPA wellness and pool area at Hotel ZUR POST, just a 2-minute walk away. Enjoy swimming in the indoor and outdoor pools. Treat yourself to the 3 different saunas and then unwind in the relaxation area. (Free admission for two people.
